The Secret Weapon Miniatures crest is an accessory for 28mm / 32mm miniature figures.
They are designed to fit 1/64 scale Space Marine helmets or 1/56 scale Primaris Space Marine helmets. I think they could fit any other helmets with the addition of some filler.
There were more than one versions of the Greek Style Helmet Crest sprue.
