The body and the legs of the miniature fit together tightly through the connector peg. The legs on my copy came flat. I could bend them to match to shape on the picture of the mini, and it didn't break off, but it still bent back, so it couldn't support the miniature. If you glue the legs to a base, it will be probably enough to make them stay.

Unlike the rest of the plastic miniatures from the Dark Age: Path to Glory set, this miniature doesn't have a peg on its leg to connect to a base.

You can glue the miniature together before painting, as every part will be easy to reach even after that.
