Review - Shoggoth for Call of Cthulhu from RAFM
The original casts from the 1990s contained lead. I'm sure that recent products are lead-free.
Modelers reported that the Shoggoth has hard mould lines you need to file off. It is also said that it's not easy to fit the parts, you'll need filler to fit the model together.
The model slightly overhangs a 50mm round base. A 50x100mm oval base is a good fit for the Shoggoth model.
