The Centurion Crest #2 from Puppets War are helmet-top crests for 28mm / 32mm scale, Heroic scale miniatures, that feature a Roman pattern. They could also fit 35mm, or larger 1/72 (20mm) minis. They can be used as conversion bits.
"Set contains 10 resin Centurion Crests (5 different). Parts are designed to fit 28mm "heroic" tabletop wargames scale, supplied unassembled and unpainted."

They are designed to fit 1/64 scale Space Marine helmets or Primaris Space Marine helmets. I think they could fit any other helmets with the addition of some filler.
