The Eye of Terror Campaign for Warhammer 40,000 Ed3, from Games Workshop was a worldwide online campaign in 2003. I've collected information about the recommended targets for the Forces of Order.

Warzones to Attack: These are places that need Imperial Victories to build up the defences.

Warzones to Defend: These areas need enough wins to stay in level. Warzones indicated at Wins have enough victories to stop fighting there until further Chaos attacks.

IC level: An obvious reason - the Imperial Control has fallen so it needs some boost.

IC change: If we reach the next step in the IC levels, we get modifiers for the nearby places.

Wins: Some areas need Imperial reinforcements to drive back the Disorder forces.

Red color indicates warzones that can be found more than once in the list for the day, meaning it is more important for the actual standing of the battle.
