Review - Aliens: Get Away From Her, You B***h! board game expansion set for Aliens (Gale Force Nine) from Gale Force Nine
This set allows the campaign more options to try. Also adds the option of an antagonistic player who controls the Aliens. This means the game can be played with 2-5 players with this expansion.
I've felt that a separate cardboard APC was missing from the Aliens: Another Glorious Day in the Corps, but now it's included here, allowing a lot more possibilities for the game.
Alien Hive-mind: One of the players takes over the Aliens. The Alien player can move the Aliens anywhere, they are not restricted to move automatically. The cards allow the Alien player to kill characters via Chestbursters, or Acid Blood. Unlike the Endurance deck for the Human players, the Hivemind deck of the Alien player runs forever. If it runs out, the discarded cards are just reshuffled.
Extra blip tokens: While there are no instructions about them, you should probably mix them with the original blip tokens to get more variety through the larger scenarios.
Scenarios: The scenarios expand the original scenarios in the base set, adding extra tiles to them.

Q: What is the best 3D APC model if I want to use an actual APC instead of the 2D APC?
The 2D APC from the set has a footprint of 17,5x7,5 cm. The actual APC on the card is slightly narrower, ca. 17x6,5 cm. The M577 Armoured Personnel Carrier from Prodos Games is an almost perfect fit at 17,3x6,3 cm, but it's expensive. The Lanard Toys APC is a bit longer, about 22x6 cm, so it would make it 2 spaces longer. However, at 15 USD (in 2020), it's probably more affordable, and you can houserule the APC size.
