If you'd really like to be surprised by everything in the What If... Captain Carter Were the First Avenger? story, I don't recommend you to watch the trailer beyond 00:18, because it gives away plenty of minor spoilers. However, I don't think it's that much of a problem, if you already know the stories in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

It's about World War 2 Allied forces trying to defeat the Nazis with the help of a super-soldier. This What If...? episode is interesting, I recommend it.
