The Nexus Club participated on the Model Railway Exhibition in Miskolc on 2017.11.10-12. The event was organized by the Miskolci Vasútmodellezők Egyesülete (Railway Model Association of Miskolc) and the Vörösmarty Művelődési Ház (Vörösmarty Cultural Center). At the organizers' request, I brought some board games to engage the kids - Rum & Bones from CoolMiniOrNot company, and Star Saga from Mantic Games company.

At the event, the railway models were running on a huge circular track, but there were also several smaller side tracks. Amongst the tables of the exhibited models, model builders also presented their trade.

An exhibition presented displays about the history of the Hungarian railways.

At the entrance, there were traders from whom you could buy miniatures and railway models.

There was also a children's playgrounds, so that the smallest children do not get bored until the big kids - their parents - played with the model railways.

I brought board games, so the visitors of the event could get acquainted with them - Rum & Bones from CoolMiniOrNot company, and Star Saga from Mantic Games company.

The Star Saga game was also popular. Although the original rules were a bit more complicated, a simplified version was quickly learned by the kids. They formed groups and quickly invented new rules for themselves.
